Meet the Team
DR. DARREN LUBBERS
CEO / Research Director
Darren Lubbers Ph.D. has over 25 years’ experience specializing in data analytics in the behavioral health and prevention fields. He has collaborated with numerous MCO’s, PIHP’s, CMH’s, coalitions, tribal organizations and provider organizations across Michigan, North Carolina, Florida, Oregon, Arizona, and Minnesota. Dr. Lubbers has a passion for helping organizations achieve results that matter most to the clients they serve. He has developed important measurement-based solutions that provide clients with time commitments to achieve personally meaningful change. In his free time, he is an athlete, practices mindfulness, a martial artist, and an avid reader of business and investment strategies.
BRITTANY BREDEWEG

Vice President /
Director of Analytics
Brittany strives to have a positive impact on others and the world. After graduating with her Master’s in Biostatistics, she now focuses on creating evaluation processes that result in better outcomes and developing dynamic program dashboards. Her high attention to detail and project management skills make her vital to the IBH team. In her personal life, Brittany likes to travel, spend time with her family, and enjoy a nice cup of hazelnut coffee.
JAIMIE DAVIS

Director of Analytics
Jaimie’s favorite part of her job is the people she gets to work with and the impact IBH’s work has on others. Jaimie has a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from Grand Valley State University and has co-presented at the international opioid conference in NYC. She has also developed scales to help identify the supports needed for individuals as well as created user friendly reports to help organizations get the most from their data. In her free time, Jaimie likes to travel and hang out with her family.
JORDAN OOMS

Statistical Analyst
Jordan’s goal in life is to support the individuals of her community and surrounding areas. After obtaining her Master's degree in Biostatistics from Grand Valley State University, Jordan has successfully implemented large countrywide and statewide student surveys as well as completed annual SAMHSA and DFC reporting. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her three dogs and enjoys speed boats (reaching speeds of 172mph!).
BRETTINA SUMMERS

Marketing Specialist
Brettina has a passion for inclusion and making everyone feel seen. She graduated from Oakland University with a BA in Communication and Creative Writing. After graduation, she worked as a marketing manager for three years. She now works as a full time photographer and part time marketing specialist. Outside of work, Brettina is an avid reader and volunteers with a local animal rescue.
JOSEPH JINN
Applications Developer
Joseph is interested in pursuing a career that combines data analysis, programming, and the visual arts. He has a Master of Science in Biostatistics from Grand Valley State University as well as a B.S. in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Calvin University. In his free time, he enjoys drinking black coffee, gaming on his PC, watching anime, and other digital hobbies.
LARRY M. GRINWIS
Senior Consultant
Through his extensive experience with several organizations, Larry has been an important asset to the IBH team. He graduated with his MSW from University of Michigan in Community Development. Larry lives in Holland, MI with his wife and has three adult children (as well as five grandchildren). He also loves pickleball.
